Pjanic, 28, has helped Juve win the Serie A and Coppa Italia double in both of his seasons at the club, following five years at Roma.
Since moving to Turin, he has become a regular starter in Juve’s central midfield, contributing 17 assists over the past two seasons and creating 120 chances.
Pjanic had been linked with a move away from Allianz Stadium this summer, with Manchester City and Barcelona reportedly interested in his services.
He has now decided to pledge the next five years of his career to Juventus.
