Fulham are on the spotlight after their record signings.

Fulham are still waiting to pick up their first point of the season after an opening day defeat at home to Crystal Palace and another defeat at the hands of Tottenham at Wembley.

Burnley have also had a slow start to the season, taking as point away from St Mary’s on the opening weekend after a 0-0 draw, which was then followed by a shock 3-1 defeat at the hands of Watford at Turf Moor.

Burnley began the domestic season with a goalless draw at Southampton but four Europa League matches may have taken a toll in Sunday’s 3-1 loss to Watford at Turf Moor.

Sean Dyche saw several good chances come and go as his side chased the game against the Hornets and James Tarkowski’s header is their only Premier League goal so far.

Fulham have learned the hard way how clinical Premier League teams can be in losing 2-0 to Crystal Palace and then going down 3-1 against Tottenham.

Aleksandar Mitrovic cancelled out Lucas Moura’s opener at Wembley but a brilliant free-kick from Kieran Trippier restored Spurs’ lead, before Harry Kane wrapped up the victory.

The Cottagers, who brought in 12 players during the summer following their promotion from the Championship, had their moments, though, particularly soon after the equaliser.
